By default, cookies are enabled in your web
browser. If you are having trouble logging in or activating your account, and
you're sure you're entering your credentials accurately,
it is because you or someone
else has disabled cookies in your browser.
Cookies are tiny files of information that a
web site stores on your computer. Normally you would not want
anyone, anywhere, storing an information file on your computer
without your permission. But cookies can be very useful. For
example, when you navigate NAALeads.com, the website can store a cookie
file on your computer. This cookie file will help us:
- Deliver a personalized website experience, catered to you,
- Present information to you based on your geographical location,
- Store other convenient but non-private information.
In some recent browsers, just having cookies turned "on"
is not enough, so please be sure to follow the steps below
(browser-specific instructions are included in some instances).
Be sure to write down or print these instructions, as they
will be covered up onscreen once you proceed.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Check your computer's Time/Date settings.
- Modify your browser cookie settings
- Modify your security/firewall/anti-virus software settings
If you followed all of the above steps and still have problems
ordering, contact our service department at Sevice Request.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- What browser and version you are using
- What action you were performing on the site when the error
occurred
- The exact error message/page you encountered (please copy
and paste into email if possible)
Check your computer's Time/Date Settings
Sometimes your browser does not accept cookies because the Time/Date
in your task bar is set to an incorrect date.
To adjust your Time/Date:
- Click [Start], point to Settings,
and then click [Control Panel].
- Double-click [Date/Time].
- On the Date & Time tab, set your computer's
date to the current date.
- Click [OK].
